Hey there! We want you to LOVE what you wear! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags still attached. If said time period has passed since the date of receipt or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or store credit. If you are looking to return, please reach out directly through email for a shipping address (sales@sandandstitch.com. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and you will receive a full refund to the method of transaction.
Website returns done in store will be for in store credit only.
